  Eliminates sunset on continuous appropriation of cigarette tax
revenues and tobacco products tax revenues to reimburse
Department of Revenue, Oregon State Police and Department of
Justice for cigarette tax administration and enforcement and
tobacco products tax administration and enforcement.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to distribution of tobacco tax revenues; and
  appropriating money.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2007 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 323.005 to 323.482. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Notwithstanding ORS 323.455 or 323.457 or any
other provision of ORS 323.005 to 323.482, amounts necessary to
pay the expenses incurred by the Department of Revenue and to
reimburse the Oregon State Police and the Department of Justice
for the administration and enforcement of ORS 323.005 to 323.482
are continuously appropriated to the Department of Revenue from
revenues raised under ORS 323.005 to 323.482 prior to any other
appropriation or distribution of revenues raised under ORS
323.005 to 323.482. + }
  SECTION 3.  { + Section 4 of this 2007 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 323.500 to 323.645. + }
  SECTION 4.  { + Notwithstanding ORS 323.625 or any other
provision of ORS 323.500 to 323.645, amounts necessary to pay the
expenses incurred by the Department of Revenue and to reimburse
the Oregon State Police and the Department of Justice for the
administration and enforcement of ORS 323.500 to 323.645 are
continuously appropriated to the Department of Revenue from
revenues raised under ORS 323.500 to 323.645 prior to any other
appropriation or distribution of revenues raised under ORS
