  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after 'ORS' delete the
rest of the line and line 3 and insert '339.115 and 339.133; and
declaring an emergency.'.
  In line 25, restore the bracketed material and delete the
boldfaced material.
  On page 3, delete lines 25 through 45 and delete pages 4 and 5.
  On page 6, delete lines 1 through 3 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + The amendments to ORS 339.115 and
339.133 by sections 1 and 2 of this 2007 Act first apply to the
2007-2008 school year.'. + }
  In line 4, delete '8' and insert '4'.
