                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 28, delete 'may at any
time' and insert ', upon receipt of a complaint about a licensee
and if the board has reasonable cause to doubt the fitness of a
licensee to practice psychology, may'.
  In line 29, delete ', and the' and insert '. The'.
  In line 33, after 'board' delete the rest of the line and lines
34 and 35 and insert '. All documents, records and related
information shall be made available to the board for its
consideration. All information received by the board related to
an assessment of a licensee shall be confidential and may not be
disclosed by the board except as required by law.'.
