  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 35, delete 'shall' and
insert 'may' and delete 'of $10' and insert ', not to exceed
$25'.
  On page 4, line 16, delete 'or'.
  After line 16, insert:
  ' (b) $10 per head for a brand inspection for Equidae, if the
brand inspection certificate utilized is valid for more than
eight days but less than a lifetime; or'.
  In line 17, delete '(b)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 32, delete 'shall pay the assessments, but no' and
insert 'is not required to pay a' and delete the comma.
  In line 34, delete 'shall pay the assessments, but no' and
insert 'is not required to pay a'.
  In line 35, delete the comma.
