                             AN ACT
 
 
Relating to courts; creating new provisions; and repealing
  section 3, chapter 415, Oregon Laws 2003.
 
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
 
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 3, chapter 415, Oregon Laws 2003, as
amended by section 1, chapter 478, Oregon Laws 2005, is
repealed. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
State Court Administrator may authorize access to case calendars,
case registers and other case information that is kept in
electronic form and that is otherwise not open to public
inspection, including information on cases under ORS chapters
419A, 419B, 419C, 426 and 427. Any person granted access to
records under this section must preserve the confidentiality of
the records. The State Court Administrator shall prescribe
standards and procedures for access to case information under
this section for persons who need access to the information in
order to perform duties with respect to the case. + }
