  Prohibits minor 14 years of age or younger from using tanning
device at tanning facility. Imposes civil penalty on tanning
facility for violation.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to tanning facilities.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2007 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 431.925 to 431.955. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + (1) A minor 14 years of age or younger may not
use a tanning device at a tanning facility.
  (2) A tanning facility that allows a minor 14 years of age or
younger to use a tanning device at its facility is subject to a
civil penalty as provided in ORS 431.950. + }
