  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after 'instruments '
insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  Delete line 10 and insert:
  ' (2) Schematics, trade secrets or other proprietary
information regarding the test instrument; and'.
  In line 11, after 'instrument' delete the rest of the line and
line 12 and insert 'not in the possession of the law enforcement
agency administering the test.
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + This 2007 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
