                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  Delete lines 7 through 9 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Prior to February 1 of each
odd-numbered year, the Department of Education shall report to
the Legislative Assembly on the data collected under section 1 of
this 2007 Act for the prior two school years. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + Notwithstanding section 2 of this
2007 Act, the Department of Education is required to include only
the data collected from the 2007-2008 school year under section 1
of this 2007 Act in the first report to the Legislative Assembly
under section 2 of this 2007 Act. + } ' .
  In line 10, delete '3' and insert '4'.
