                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 21, insert:
  ' (3) The university, as a distinct governmental entity, or any
organization or entity described in subsection (2) of this
section is not subject to any provision of law enacted after
January 1, 1995, and before January 1, 2008, with respect to any
governmental entity, unless the provision specifically provides
that it applies to the university or to the organization or
entity.'.
  On page 4, line 9, delete '1995' and insert '2008'.
  In line 12, delete 'October 6, 2001' and insert 'January 1,
2008' and delete 'applied' and insert 'applies'.
  In line 13, delete 'described' and insert 'describes'.
