  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 25, delete 'require ' and
insert 'provide to' and delete 'to complete'.
  In line 29, delete 'required' and insert 'provided'.
  On page 4, delete lines 19 through 22 and insert:
   { +  ' (7) When the department completes an investigation
under this section, the department shall make diligent efforts to
notify the person who made the report of child abuse to the
department about the outcome of the investigation, if contact
information for the person was provided to the department. + } '
