  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete '419B.476 and'.
  In line 5, restore 'subsection (2)' and delete ' subsections
(2) and (3)'.
  Delete lines 18 through 20.
  In line 21, restore '(2)' and delete '(3)'.
  In line 22, delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 2, delete lines 9 through 45 and delete pages 3 and 4
and insert:
  ' (3) No petition to terminate the parental rights of a child
or ward's parents pursuant to subsection (1) of this section or
pursuant to ORS 419B.500, 419B.502, 419B.504, 419B.506 or
419B.508 may be filed until the court has determined that the
permanency plan for the child or ward should be adoption after a
permanency hearing pursuant to ORS 419B.476.'.
