  In line 8, delete 'director shall supervise and' and insert '

  In line 9, after the first period delete the rest of the line
and insert 'The Governor may terminate the ombudsman.'.
  On page 2, line 4, after 'director' insert 'of Human Services'.
  In line 29, delete 'Department of Human Services' and insert
'Governor'.
  In line 32, delete 'Department of Human Services' and insert
'Governor'.
