  On page 3 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 6, after '
boxing' insert 'event'.
  In line 7, before 'mixed' insert 'has competed in a
professional or amateur'.
  On page 4, line 15, delete 'a professional'.
  In line 16, delete 'boxer or'.
  On page 15, after line 39, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 27. + }  { + Ordinances adopted by a city or
county before February 1, 2007, that regulate boxing or mixed
martial arts that are subject to sections 9 and 11 of this 2007
Act and the amendments to statutes by sections 3, 4, 5, 13, 14,
16 and 26 of this 2007 Act may not be enforced after the
Superintendent of State Police adopts rules as required by the
amendments to ORS 463.113 by section 6 of this 2007 Act. + } ' .
  In line 40, delete '27' and insert '28'.
  In line 41, delete '28' and insert '29'.
