  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 13, delete ' a
single' and insert 'two' and delete 'medication' and insert
'medications'.
  In line 14, delete 'one medication is' and insert 'two
medications are'.
  In line 16, after 'if' insert ', in comparison to prior
examinations,' and after 'a' insert 'reproducible'.
  In line 20, after 'if' insert 'target' and after 'no ' insert
'abnormal glaucomatous'.
  After line 20, insert:
  ' (c) For purposes of this subsection, a combination medication
that contains two pharmacologic agents shall be considered one
medication.'.
