insert:

that:
  ' (1) There is a clear link between animal cruelty and crimes
of domestic violence, including child abuse; and
  ' (2) It is in the public interest to enact legislation to
encourage the permissive reporting of animal cruelty. + } ' .
  In line 5, delete '1' and insert '2' and delete '2' and insert
'3'.
  Delete lines 14 and 15.
  In line 16, delete '(e)' and insert '(d)'.
  On page 2, line 16, delete '2' and insert '3'.
  In line 35, delete '3' and insert '4'.
  On page 3, line 6, delete '4' and insert '5'.
  In line 8, delete '2' and insert '3'.
