  In line 17, before 'deposits' insert 'sufficient'.
  In line 23, delete '5' and insert '4'.
  In line 24, after 'section' insert a period and delete the rest
of the line and lines 25 and 26.
  In line 32, delete 'shall' and insert 'may'.
  In line 42, after 'Department' insert ', the Oregon Department
of Administrative Services'.
  In line 43, delete 'shall' and insert 'may'.
  After line 45, insert:
  ' (5) Lottery bonds issued under this section are exempt from
ORS 286.505 to 286.545.'.
  On page 3, delete lines 1 through 5.
