  In line 7 of the printed bill, delete '$11,342,003' and insert
'$11,150,003'.
  In line 13, delete '$38,785,598' and insert ' $36,980,702'.
  In line 14, delete '$16,410' and insert '$238,965'.
  Delete lines 20 through 22 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures for the payment of expenses of the
Department of Public Safety Standards and Training from fees,
moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but
excluding lottery funds and federal funds, for the biennium
ending June 30, 2007, the limitation on expenditures for debt
service established by section 2 (2), chapter 712, Oregon Laws
2005, as modified by Emergency Board action, is increased by
$35,016. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + This 2007 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act
