  In line 6 of the printed bill, delete '$8,322,612' and insert
'$7,790,247'.
  After line 9, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures of the Real Estate Agency for the payment
of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2007, the limitation on
expenditures for the Real Estate Agency established by section 1,
chapter 602, Oregon Laws 2005, as modified by Emergency Board
action, is increased by $50,957. + } ' .
  In line 10, delete '2' and insert '3'.
  Delete line 12 and insert 'on its passage.'.
