CHAPTER ................
AN ACT
Relating to financial administration of the Real Estate Agency;
limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Notwithstanding any other law limiting
expenditures, the amount of $7,790,247 is established for the
biennium beginning July 1, 2007, as the maximum limit for payment
of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Real Estate Agency. + }
SECTION 2. { + Notwithstanding any other law limiting
expenditures of the Real Estate Agency for the payment of
expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2007, the limitation on
expenditures for the Real Estate Agency established by section 1,
chapter 602, Oregon Laws 2005, as modified by Emergency Board
action, is increased by $50,957. + }
SECTION 3. { + This 2007 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
