  In line 19, delete '$3,897,947' and insert '$4,937,728'.
  In line 22, delete '$17,247,355' and insert ' $17,180,073'.
  On page 2, after line 13, insert:

Watershed Improvement Grant Fund established under ORS 541.397,
the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board shall allocate $250,000 to
the Department of Environmental Quality for expenses of
implementing section 4 (10), Article XV of the Oregon
Constitution. + }

Restoration and Protection Research Fund established under ORS
