Relating to state financial administration; appropriating money;

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

moneys, limiting expenditures or otherwise adjusting
appropriations or expenditure limitations, and in addition to any
action taken by the Emergency Board, the authorized
appropriations and expenditure limitations for the following
agencies and programs of the State of Oregon for the biennium
