  On page 4 of the printed A-engrossed joint resolution, delete
lines 16 through 18 and insert:
  '  { +  PARAGRAPH 2. + }  { + The amendment proposed by this
resolution shall be submitted to the people for their approval or
rejection at a special election held throughout this state on the
same date as the next primary election. + } ' .
