The 2009 Oregon Laws contain all laws enacted during the 2009 regular session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly and amendments to the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures. The 2009 Oregon Laws include selected legislative resolutions, a subject index, ballot measure tables, bill-to-chapter tables and tables of statute sections amended, repealed or "added to." Financial statements are published with the regular session laws pursuant to section 5, Article IX of the Oregon Constitution.
