Chapter 138 Oregon Laws 2009

Relating to documents issued by the Department of Transportation.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2009 Act is added to and made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code.

SECTION 2. The Department of Transportation and the Department of Corrections jointly shall adopt rules and enter into interagency agreements necessary to assist offenders in obtaining a driver license or identification card prior to an offender’s release from a Department of Corrections institution.
