Relating to oral prosthetic devices.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2009 Act is added to and made a part of ORS 679.010 to 679.205.

SECTION 2. Dental technicians shall, upon request by a dentist or patient, provide the dentist or patient with information about the location where oral prosthetic devices that are inserted into the human oral cavity or that come in contact with its adjacent structures and tissues were manufactured.

SECTION 3. Section 2 of this 2009 Act applies to oral prosthetic devices used on or after the effective date of this 2009 Act.
