AN ACT

Relating to financial administration of the Oregon Board of Dentistry; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Oregon Board of Dentistry and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

(1)    Initial Dental Hygiene

              Application Fee.............................................     $          180

      (2)    Initial Dental Application Fee......................     $          345

      (3)    License Without Further

              Examinations - Dental

              Hygiene Application Fee..............................     $          790

      (4)    License Without Further

              Examinations - Dental

              Application Fee.............................................     $          790

      (5)    Initial Dental Hygiene

              License Fee....................................................     $          115

      (6)    Initial Dental License Fee.............................     $          225

      (7)    Dental Hygiene Renewal Fee.......................     $          115

      (8)    Dental Renewal Fee......................................     $          225

SECTION 2. This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
