Relating to adverse possession of public land.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. The rights of a mass transit district to lands owned by the district are not extinguished by adverse possession. A person may not acquire title or property rights to lands owned by the district through operation of a statute of limitations.

SECTION 2. The rights of a transportation district to lands owned by the district are not extinguished by adverse possession. A person may not acquire title or property rights to lands owned by the district through operation of a statute of limitations.
