Relating to delegation of authority within Oregon University System.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2009 Act is added to and made a part of ORS chapter 351.

SECTION 2. Except for the power to prescribe enrollment fees under ORS 351.070 (3)(c) and the power to adopt rules, the State Board of Higher Education may delegate any of the powers, duties or functions of the board to a committee of the board.
