AN ACT

Relating to financial administration of the Employment Relations Board; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Employment Relations Board and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved as follows:

(1)    Annual subscription rate for

              Board Orders............................................   $    150

      (2)    Per page cost of transcript

              or document..............................................   $   1.50

      (3)    Cost for CD recordings

              of hearings.................................................   $      15

      (4)    Cost for additional CD

              recordings necessary to

              continue hearing also

              contained on CD requested

              under subsection (3) of

              this section.................................................   $      10

      (5)    Per page copying fee................................   $   0.25

      (6)    Hourly fee for facilitation

              services.......................................................   $      60

      (7)    Facsimile filing fee....................................   $      25

SECTION 2. This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
