Chapter 682 Oregon Laws 2009

AN ACT

HB 5038

Relating to financial administration of the Oregon State Police; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Oregon State Police and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

(1)    Wholesale Fireworks Permit                    $   3,000

      (2)    Public Display Fireworks Permit             $      100

      (3)    Retail Fireworks Permit                            $      100

SECTION 2. This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
