Relating to the exemption from disclosure of public records that identify persons involved in research on animals at Oregon Health and Science University; amending section 4, chapter 455, Oregon Laws 2005.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 4, chapter 455, Oregon Laws 2005, is amended to read:

Sec. 4. The amendments to ORS 192.501 by section 3 [of this 2005 Act], chapter 455, Oregon Laws 2005, become operative on January 2, [2010] 2012.
