Chapter 735 Oregon Laws 2009

 

AN ACT

 

SB 5537

 

Relating to financial administration of the Office of Private Health Partnerships; appropriating money; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. There is appropriated to the Office of Private Health Partnerships for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, out of the General Fund, the amount of $21,481,705.

 

          SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $647,003 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds collected or received by the Office of Private Health Partnerships.

 

          SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $99,954,616 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from moneys, excluding moneys described in section 4 of this 2009 Act, collected or received by the Office of Private Health Partnerships from the Department of Human Services.

 

          SECTION 4. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $22,600,000 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from moneys collected or received by the Office of Private Health Partnerships from the Department of Human Services in accordance with section 1, chapter 867, Oregon Laws 2009 (Enrolled House Bill 2116).

 

          SECTION 5. This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
