AN ACT

SB 5545

Relating to financial administration of the Oregon Student Assistance Commission; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Oregon Student Assistance Commission and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved as follows:

(1)    Program Review - Doctoral.................    $    5,635

      (2)    Program Review - Masters..................    $    4,250

      (3)    Program Review - Bachelors...............    $    4,250

      (4)    Program Review - Associate................    $    2,815

      (5)    Program Review - Certificate

              or Partial Degree..................................    $    1,025

SECTION 2. This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
