  On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 26 and 27 and
insert:
  ' (11) A party aggrieved by a decision of the Armed Forces
Court of Appeals for Oregon may petition the Supreme Court of
this state for review within 35 days after the date of the
decision, in the manner provided by rules of the Supreme Court.'.
