  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete 'and' and after
'406.452' insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  In line 8, before 'ensure' insert 'help'.
  In line 11, after 'that' delete the rest of the line and lines
12 and 13 and insert 'each Oregon community college and each
institution in the Oregon University System, as described in ORS
352.002, is provided veterans' services.'.
  In line 15, after 'space' delete the rest of the line and
insert 'that may be used for the provision of veterans'
services.'.
  Delete lines 18 through 21.
  In line 22, delete '3' and insert '2'.
  On page 2, after line 10, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2009 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
