  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 25, delete 'or chartered'.
  On page 2, line 39, delete 'the effective date of this 2009
Act' and insert 'January 1, 2010'.
  On page 4, delete lines 20 through 22 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + (1) Sections 2 and 3 of this 2009
Act apply to transactions that occur on or after the effective
date of this 2009 Act.
  ' (2) The amendments to ORS 59.925 by section 4 of this 2009
Act apply to court actions commenced on or after the effective
date of this 2009 Act. + } ' .
