  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 5, after the
semicolon insert 'limiting expenditures;'.
  On page 24, after line 9, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 27. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established
by section 1, chapter 194, Oregon Laws 2009 (Enrolled Senate Bill
5513), for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum
limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other
revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, and including
specified federal funds, but excluding lottery funds, collected
or received by the Department of Consumer and Business Services,
is increased by $493,534 for the purpose of restoring three
boiler inspector positions. + } ' .
  In line 10, delete '27' and insert '28'.
