  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 5, delete the second ' and'
and after 'money' insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  On page 2, delete lines 19 and 20.
  In line 21, delete '(5)' and insert '(4)'.
  In line 23, delete '(6)' and insert '(5)'.
  On page 3, delete lines 5 through 14 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 6. + }  { + The unexpended balance of the Board
of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators Account established
in ORS 678.830 is transferred to the Oregon Health Licensing
Agency Account established in ORS 676.625 for expenditure by the
agency for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, for the purpose
of administering and enforcing the duties, functions and powers
transferred by section 4 of this 2009 Act. + } ' .
  In line 26, delete 'operative' and insert 'effective'.
  In line 33, delete 'operative' and insert 'effective'.
  On page 15, after line 28, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 35. + }  { + This 2009 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act
takes effect July 1, 2009. + } ' .
