  In line 5 of the printed bill, delete 'Section 2' and insert
'Sections 2 and 3' and delete 'is' and insert 'are'.
  In line 10, delete 'nine' and insert '18'.
  In line 12, delete 'Nine' and insert 'Eighteen'.
  After line 24, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + The period prescribed for the
Department of Revenue to allow or make a refund of any tax, or
portion of tax, paid under this chapter shall be as provided in
ORS 314.415. + } ' .
  In line 25, delete '3' and insert '4' and delete ' Section 2'
and insert 'Sections 2 and 3' and delete ' applies' and insert
'apply'.
  In line 28, delete '4' and insert '5'.
