  On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 15 through 17 and
insert:
  ' (4) The Department of Transportation shall provide to the
Secretary of State a digital copy of the driver license or state
identification card signature of each person who completes a
registration card under this section.'.
  On page 2, line 42, delete '2011' and insert '2010'.
  In line 43, after 'State' insert 'and the Department of
Transportation' and delete '2011' and insert '2010'.
  In line 44, after 'secretary' insert 'and department' and
delete '2011' and insert '2010'.
  In line 45, after 'secretary' insert 'and department'.
