  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 11, delete '$40' and insert
'$36'.
  In line 13, delete ', a writ of garnishment'.
  On page 2, restore lines 40 through 42.
  In line 42, delete '$15' and insert '$25'.
  On page 3, line 2, after the period delete the rest of the line
and lines 3 through 6 and insert:
  ' (1) A website where legal notices under ORS 18.860 to 18.993
may be posted shall be established if all sheriffs in this state
enter into an intergovernmental agreement under ORS chapter 190
for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the website.'.
