  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 4, delete '
443.740,'.
  In line 10, after 'Services' delete the rest of the line.
  In line 11, delete 'opmental Disability Services described in
section 2 of this 2009 Act and'.
  On page 2, delete lines 6 through 39 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Notwithstanding section 1 of this
2009 Act, on June 30, 2011, the Department of Human Services
shall transfer $150,000 from the Quality Care Fund established in
section 1 of this 2009 Act to the General Fund for general
governmental expenses. + }

Subsequent sections were not renumbered.'.
  On page 5, line 9, after 'ment' delete the rest of the line and
delete line 10 and insert a period.
  On page 22, delete lines 24 through 45.
  On page 23, delete line 1 and insert:

  On page 25, delete lines 11 through 15 and insert:
