  Your Conference Committee to whom was referred B-engrossed
House Bill 2472, having had the same under consideration,
respectfully reports it back with the recommendation that the
House concur in the Senate amendments dated June 18 and that the
bill be amended as follows and repassed.
 
  On page 5 of the printed B-engrossed bill, line 5, delete ',
other than a wind power system,'.
  In line 6, delete '15' and insert '10'.
  On page 8, line 8, delete 'six' and insert 'seven'.
  Delete lines 10 through 13 and insert 'facility uses or
produces renewable energy resources and has an installed capacity
of more than 10 megawatts.'.
  In line 22, restore '(4)(b)' and delete '(4)(c)'.
  In line 38, delete ', other than a wind power system,' and
delete '15' and insert '10'.
  Delete lines 42 through 45.
  On page 9, lines 1 through 4, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
