  Delete lines 4 through 7 of the printed bill and insert:

education listed in ORS 352.002 shall include all universal and
program specific resource fees as a part of tuition costs for a
graduate student attending the institution for the purpose of
receiving a graduate degree if the student is also a teacher or
employee of the institution. + } ' .
