  Requires state institutions of higher education to waive
student fees for teachers and employees receiving tuition
remission.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to higher education faculty.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + A state institution of higher education listed
in ORS 352.002 shall waive the student fees of a teacher or
employee of the institution if the teacher or employee:
  (1) Is attending the institution for the purpose of receiving a
graduate degree; and
  (2) Is receiving tuition remission from the institution. + }
