  In line 10 of the printed bill, delete the boldfaced material
and restore the bracketed material.
  After line 10, insert:
  ' (3) When a person is convicted of interfering with a law
enforcement animal, in addition to any other sentence the court
may impose, the court shall impose a fine in the amount of
$500.'.
  In line 17, delete the boldfaced material and restore the
bracketed material.
  After line 17, insert:
  ' (3) When a person is convicted of assaulting a law
enforcement animal, in addition to any other sentence the court
may impose, the court shall impose a fine in the amount of
$1,000.'.
