Speaker Hunt:
  A minority of your Committee on Business and Labor, to whom was
referred House Bill 2633, having had the same under
consideration, respectfully reports it back with the
recommendation that it do pass with the following amendments:
 
  On page 4 of the printed bill, line 15, delete 'or a public'
and insert ', or a member of the state police'.
  In line 16, delete 'safety officer, as defined in ORS
181.610,'.
