Relating to adverse possession of public land.
 
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
 
  SECTION 1.  { + The rights of a mass transit district to lands
owned by the district are not extinguished by adverse possession.
A person may not acquire title or property rights to lands owned
by the district through operation of a statute of
limitations. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + The rights of a transportation district to
lands owned by the district are not extinguished by adverse
possession.  A person may not acquire title or property rights to
lands owned by the district through operation of a statute of
limitations. + }
