  Requires public employer to create memorial for employees
killed while working on public works project.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to memorials for employees of public employers.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) A public employer shall create a plaque or
other suitable memorial to commemorate all employees of the
public employer who are killed while working on a public works
project for the public employer.
  (2) As used in this section, 'public employer' has the meaning
given that term in ORS 238.005. + }
