  In line 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete 'and' and
after '459.335' insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  After line 14, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2009 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
